Faces of Next Step Community Management-

Tasha Parmelee will step into the role of President and new owner of Next Step Community Management. Tasha brings 17 years of experience in community management and has earned industry designations from both CAI and CACM, including: CCAM, AMS, and CMCA. Tasha’s passion for the HOA industry and her emerging leadership role centers around ‘ helping communities come together to accomplish their goals’. In her free time, Tasha loves to hike the trails in Big Sur and reads too many books to count!
