One of the things I love most about Pacific Northwest homes?
The connection to nature.

Can we talk about backsplashes for a minute?

Sometimes a small design choice completely changes the feel of a kitchen, and in this case they carried it into what could be the dining room.

I think this tile adds texture, personality, and just enough visual interest without overwhelming the space (but my husband is better at interior design so I'd ask him lol)
What's your style?

Patterned tile
Natural stone
Something bold and colorful

I'm always torn between patterned tile and natural stone.

A reminder that "dream kitchen" means something different to everyone.

One of my favorite things about a home isn't the square footage or the upgrades.
It's the way a space supports the life being lived inside it.
A sunny corner becomes a jungle of houseplants. A dining room becomes the place where birthdays are celebrated. A kitchen becomes the backdrop for weeknight dinners and Saturday morning pancakes (or French toast)
The best homes aren't just places to live, they're places to grow.
