Here in the Lowcountry, we’ve got our own set of unwritten rules… tell me if I’m missing any👇🏼

👋🏼 We wave at everyone — even if we don’t know them.

🚗 We don’t honk unless it’s absolutely necessary (and even then, we feel bad about it).

🙋🏼‍♀️ “Yes ma’am” and “no sir” still mean something — and our kids know it.

🏈 You don’t skip church on football Sunday.

🐢 Rushing. Life moves slower here — on purpose. You’ll learn to love it.

🚪 If you don’t hold the door open, bless your heart.

🦪 And for the love of all things southern… don’t badmouth sweet tea, grits, oysters, pimento cheese, or college football.

Just… don’t. 😂

People still smile at the grocery store, family time comes before business, and the May River sunset fixes almost everything.

Are we in agreement that January was 10 years long and February was 10 seconds long? 😅

Some highlights from February:
🎿 Went skiing in the Berkshires, MA, and visited the Stavola family—unfortunately, we got sick traveling there (not fun!)
🦀Took the kids on Valentine’s dates to —our tradition is letting them pick the restaurant, and crab legs always win.
🌳Moved into our brand new office in the heart of Old Town with Collins Group Realty🙌🏼Excited for this new chapter!

Our amazing clients first connected with us through a Collins Group Realty Home Selling, Staging & Prep Workshop, presented by our incredible broker Chip Collins.
