His early experience in real estate came with Criterion Group, a real estate developer based in Queens, where he quickly made his mark by calling owners to acquire 54 off-market industrial properties across 14 states in 18 months. The Criterion Group specializes in multi-family, industrial outdoor storage, self-storage, and film studios. In 2022, Jeff obtained his real estate license to pursue his passion full-time, focusing on assisting friends, family, and the local community with their real estate needs. He joined Lamacchia Realty to collaborate with top agents and brokers, take advantage of their award-winning training and extensive off market database for his clients Jeff has called the South Shore home since 2006, moving to Canton when he married his wife, a Canton native. Originally from Wi******er, MA, and born in Philadelphia, he now enjoys raising his family in Canton, where he remains deeply involved in the community. He actively participates in local projects such as Canton Scouting, Keep Canton Beautiful, and the Walk, Bike & Hike Committee, where he helped secure funding to develop a master plan for a new 30-acre park.
