So much for the idea that it's not busy season in Southwest Florida.
I was watching a report today about how quickly Estero continues to grow, and one thing really stood out. Homes here are selling when they're priced correctly and presented at their absolute best.

We priced it strategically, partnered with the talented Renee Scott of (239) 784-2951 to showcase the home beautifully, and it went under contract in just 19 days.
I'm incredibly grateful to live and work in a community I truly love, surrounded by neighbors who continue to trust me with one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make. That trust is something I never take for granted.
