We still have one space available at the Grand Avenue Mall. We have amazing foot and car traffic everyday. 3 restaurants, a booming Laundromat, salons, spas, gaming, and a new flower shop. We are surrounded by our own 112 apartments that are always at max capacity as well as many other residences in the immediate area. Walking distance to SIU campus is a bonus! We take very good care of our properties and tenants. Very reasonably priced and I'm open to being flexible for the right business to round out the portfolio of the mall.
