And for everyone else looking to sell, here are 3 tips to listing and selling efficiently and for top dollar!

👉 Preparation is key! We had a small delay in listing, but we made sure we were completely ready before going active. It paid off!

👉 Know a good buyer when you see one! Our first offer was well over asking price. I did some due diligence to vet the buyers and they turned out to be one of the strongest buyers I have seen this year!

👉 Negotiate strategically! Most buyers will likely negotiate during inspections and appraisal. We found solutions that worked for everyone and the sellers STILL made much more profit than they anticipated.
