🏡 PENDING! 🏡
This one means a little more to me than just seeing “PENDING” on the MLS.
I think sometimes as agents, we only share the highlight reel. The new listings, accepted offers, sold signs and happy moments. But what you don’t always see are the hurdles, the uncertainty, the long days, the difficult conversations and the moments when things don’t go quite the way you hoped they would.
This property was on the market longer than I originally hoped it would be. There were challenges along the way, and there were definitely moments where I had to remind myself to keep pushing forward. But giving up was never an option.
My job wasn’t just to get a house under contract. It was to keep showing up for my clients, advocate for them, communicate with them and make sure they felt confident and cared for every step of the way.
And now, we’re PENDING. 🤍
I’m so grateful my clients trusted me through the ups and downs and allowed me to walk alongside them through this process. This is why I love what I do. Not because every transaction is easy, but because I get to help people navigate the hard parts and come out on the other side knowing they were never alone.
