💰 Average Sales Price: $1.27M, up from $1.21M last year.

What does it all mean? Inventory remains strong, homes are selling quickly, and prices continue to trend upward. Buyers have more choices than earlier this year, while sellers are still benefiting from solid demand across San Diego County.
