ground floor remodel included full kitchen re-design and all adjacent spaces with the goal to modernize, bring in light, and re-distribute the living spaces to reflect the way the family lives. Creating an oversized communal kitchen island that is central to their lifestyle, re-designing the TV/media room to be tucked away in a previously under-used sitting area, maximizing natural light and storage, and creating new spaces that are efficient and beautiful.

The remodel on 6th Avenue is our property and I have to tell you what an amazing job Jennifer Landau and Brian Hayes did on this project. The place was dated, dark and boring. Jennifer had amazing ideas and was particularly good with ideas. She has a vision. The lighting on this place made such a huge difference. Brian Hayes is also the only contractor I have ever worked with who came in on budget and within the timeline expected. He is an awesome carpenter and built beautiful bathroom vanities and an arch over the hallway. He is very meticulous, clean and reliable. It turned out awesome. Thanks to both you and Brian!
