Hi all! You know my passion for creating beautiful spaces. This is an opportunity to do something I love for two families. We are going to be part of two builds, both for single moms. One currently lives in a one bedroom apartment with her pr***en son and the other has 3 children and two full time jobs. These two women have also donated 300+ hours helping build other homes, as well as completed several homeownership classes in order to qualify for a build. They are women who are working hard to educate themselves and give their families a better life.

We accepted an offer on the flip today! So excited to hand the keys over to the new owners. The family who is purchasing has a set of special circumstances that this was definitely a win/win for both sides.

We demo’d the master bathroom. I put some before pics at the end of the video. We ended up needing to cut the tub in half because there was no way we were going to get it down the stairwell, or at least not easily. I did decide to put a normal size door for the entry and I’m moving the closet door into the bedroom (currently it’s in the bathroom) and putting the vanity on the wall the closet entry is currently on. It will make the bathroom more functional and feel more spacious too!
