I don’t often get asked why I’m with Compass versus another brokerage, but a couple of weeks ago, at a listing appointment (which happened to be a co-listing with another Compass agent) a client asked me and I immediately knew my answer: the culture and the community.
From the moment I joined Compass, I was struck by the lack of judgment, the absence of pretense, and the genuine way collaboration is encouraged among agents from all backgrounds, across the country.
Last week I was in San Francisco for the annual NorCal Kickoff and I was reminded of that feeling all over again. A few days spent with not just some of my favorite agents, but truly some of my favorite people—sharing ideas, collaborating, learning from one another, and deepening our collective knowledge so we can better serve our clients.
This is why I’m here. Looking ahead to 2026 and even more meaningful collaborations.
