Step 4 is crucial – you'll receive a notice of assessment soon, outlining your property's new value. Questions or concerns? You can appeal informally or formally to the Wake County Board. Stay informed, visit wakegov.com, and be on the lookout for your new assessed value notice in the mail starting tomorrow, January 18! 📬
