🌟Something worth watching for first-time homebuyers! 🏡 The bipartisan First-Time Homebuyer Affordability Act was recently introduced in Congress, with the goal of expanding access to more affordable mortgage financing for first-time buyers.

While this is proposed legislation and there’s still a process ahead, it’s encouraging to see continued focus on making homeownership more attainable. And here in North Carolina, there are already NCHFA programs that can help eligible buyers with financing and down payment assistance.
If homeownership is one of your goals, don’t assume you don’t qualify. Let’s talk about the options available to you now and make a plan.
