With all this rain we have had many roads,driveways and parking areas washout and become a mess. It is not fun to bounce your way in or out of your residence not to mention hard on your vehicles.
I can help you with this problem. Yes, time, equiptment and materials cost money but we can come up with short term, fix the ruts and pot holes now and then plan on a more permanent fix for the near future.

Almost done with a stump grind job and then the heavens opened up. Good time for a little break I reckon.

Set up and poured a shed slab for Mr.Zach. We set the in floor electrical plug can and conduit then staked and wired it down tight so it would not move during the pour. Laid 10 mil plastic for v***r barrier and tied the rebar on 24 inch centers. I will get the forms stripped today and do final cleanup. On a side note, I think Massey Electric owes me a cheese burger for doing such an outstanding job of installing the electrical conduit....lolol 😄

It is quite gratifying to see the finished product when brush hogging. I found a pond in there and the crumb snatcher got to run the brush hog for the first time. I broke her in right by having her plow through 6ft briars. She made one forward pass and got smart and finished it in reverse lolol.

With the rains expected this week, it reminded me of a job I did last year. This gentleman has a duplex that was having some serious yard flooding. His Northeast corner was catching the water runoff from his sloped backyard and his neighbors yard and flooding all the way up to the foundation of the building.To compound the issue, his 2 sump pumps under the house was adding to the problem as they also discharged into the back yard.. I installed several box drains and a french drain system, tying in 3 downspouts and the sump pump discharges and ran it all out toward the street with a couple of pop-up emitters at the discharge end. This cured the issue and he was quite happy with the end results.
