Some of you may have seen me share this on my personal page yesterday, but I’m pretty excited about it, so it deserves an official introduction here too. 😊

After almost 20 years of calling Castle Rock home — and now helping people buy and sell throughout Douglas County and the South Denver metro — I KNOW that choosing the right community can be just as important as choosing the right house.

You can find homes online all day long. What’s harder is figuring out the difference between Castle Rock, Parker, Castle Pines, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch and the neighborhoods within them — and what it’s actually like to live there. That’s why I created Discover South Denver.

It’s a community and relocation guide with neighborhood information, homes for sale, schools, local events, restaurants, trails, parks, day trips, new development and plenty of the things you usually don’t figure out until after you move somewhere.
