Monthly waterfront lot rent is $400 $450 with private dock
Non refundable deposit is $200

Amenities include:

Bathhouse (Seasonal)

Campers have access to community dock, boat ramp, bathhouse, laundry, water and garbage. Fire rings are not it the photos but are available. Firewood is all around, gather or bring your own.
