Off Campus Student Housing Onsite Managers
Stadium Way/College Way LLC in Cedar City is looking to hire a married couple to be onsite managers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining rentals by advertising and filling vacancies- including giving tours to those interested, coordinating cleaning and maintenance.
- Managing tenants by collecting payments, investigating and resolving tenant complaints, ensure property rules are being upheld, and conducting routine inspections.
Office duties such as:
- taking applications, taking rent payments, and making apartment assignments.
- Holding regular office hours.
- Fulfilling maintenance requests, doing regular scheduled maintenance and yard care, etc.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Management experience is a plus
This position is very hands on - problem solving, critical thinking, and being good with people are qualities we are looking for.
Free rent and utilities, monthly stipend, and wages for maintenance, cleaning and other extra items.
