🏡🇺🇸 Congratulations to Christopher & Amberly on their NEW FLORIDA HOME! 🌴☀️

Christopher is serving in the Air National Guard, and I’m so happy we were able to utilize Florida’s Hometown Heroes Program to help their family make Florida HOME! 🇺🇸🏡

I first connected with this family through Facebook, and from the very beginning we just clicked. After living in Tennessee for many years and traveling to Florida several times a year with their three girls, they decided it was finally time to stop visiting Florida and make it HOME! ❤️

A HUGE thank you to Cortney Elias for helping get them all the way to the closing table. We worked so well together throughout this entire process! Thank you also to my amazing transaction coordinator, Courtney, for keeping everything moving behind the scenes, and to my friend Elizabeth for all of her help along the way.

I also can’t say enough about Krystel on the other side of this transaction. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, and her sellers were so kind and personable with my buyers. 🇺🇸A huge congratulations to my Army🪖veteran buyer and his wife,as they begin this exciting new chapter in their beautiful INB new construction home🏡🤍After them living on base housing at Patrick Space 🚀 Force Base they were very motivated, so much fun to work with, and one of those couples who made this job so rewarding.

AND this has to be one of the most UNIQUE ways I’ve ever met a client! I was leaving a showing in Palm Bay with my other buyers when Justin & Shanna walked up. After learning they didn’t have a Realtor, my buyer said, “Well, Stacy’s a Realtor—maybe she can help you!” 🫶I turned right around and showed them the home! It wasn’t the one, but just a few days later they were under contract on this new home!🏡Sometimes you meet people exactly when you’re supposed to. I’m so grateful our paths crossed! 🔀

🔑Congratulations to my buyers on their beautiful condo in Astor along the St. Johns River! 🏠🛥️
This closing was extra special for my buyer, he has been coming to this area since he was young, spending time here with his father and grandfather. Now, years later these 3 and their grandson have a place of their own to enjoy together and continue making family memories.❤️Their new condo has a beautiful view of the water 🌊and puts them close to Silver Glen Springs, such a special place for their second home!
And an added bonus…..I got to work with my friend and fellow LPT agent Brad Pavek Realtor - All American Group - LPT Realty on the other side of the transaction! Even better, we negotiated for the seller to cover all of your closing costs and down payment, and you even walked away with money back at closing! Congratulations 🎉to my clients Mitch & Chris on the purchase of their brand-new Lennar home! 🏡

I first met Mitch through Taylor Ward, whom I had the privilege of helping purchase her home last year. Taylor and Mitch were both stationed together in Alaska before being transferred to Cape Canaveral, 🚢 where they’re now serving with the Coast Guard 🛟.

Working with Mitch and Chris was a a lot of fun and we had so much in common, being twins and being apart of the Coast Guard. They both have had a great sense of humor, easygoing, and somehow still forgave me for occasionally mixing up their names… in my defense, identical twins don’t make it easy! 😂

We wrapped up closing by meeting Taylor for dinner at Long Doggers, and it was the perfect way to celebrate another successful closing! Thank you, Taylor, for your referral and your trust.

Some clients become more than just another transaction.
I met these sellers through my husband, Lance, and from the very beginning they put their trust in me to help sell their home. We all hoped for a great outcome, but they didn’t expect it to happen this fast. We held a weekend of open houses with 16 groups through, received multiple offers, and were under contract in just four days, over asking price!

None of that happens without amazing sellers. They worked incredibly hard to get their home ready. Their attention to detail, communication, and willingness to do whatever was needed made this process so smooth from start to finish. They truly knocked it out of the park. One of my favorite parts was getting to know their sweet kids. They couldn’t wait to show me their rooms the first time I visited, and by closing it honestly felt like spending time with family. We even wrapped everything up with their closing at home, which made it even more special.
I’m so thankful they trusted me with such an important chapter in their lives. Wishing them nothing but happiness and success in their new beginnings. ❤️
