We have decided to rent our Cottage thru March to a local rebuilding after the devastation caused by Helene. Our home is still for sale however, its so bittersweet because we had no damage or flooding when others lost everything..breaks my heart..

We will be renting again, switching to VRBO in the Spring. We will keep you posted if anyone is interested....

Took my big baby Finny to the vet today, was so scared, he is getting older, slowing down, showing alot my grey hairs. But he has been coughing trying to clear his throat and I notice a large bump on his ribs....

Thankfully the bump the vet feels its non threatening, she is doing bloodwork just to check. Panting heavily at certain times of the day is also nothing to worry about. He lost weight... those walks are working, down to 116...

His one cloudy eye, and arthritis which is beginning is starting to show more and more. I bought him a pull up harness, its easier to help in get in the car. I also bought him steps for the bed, since he loves snuggling with Momma.

Of course Ollie is spoiled and get everything and goes everywhere with Papa, so I bought Benny a new Ugg bed... getting old sucks for me and my love Finster...
