JOKES ASIDE! as a REALTOR® I suggest a list of lenders for a reason

If you are working with a REALTOR® that takes pride in how their business is run they will have hand selected a group of lenders to work with that will make the deal run smoothly.

I can only speak for myself when I say I will make this deal smooth and stress-free.

First, as my fiduciary duty to act in your best interest if I am representing you as a client. I have vetted out lenders and have chosen lenders that communicate clearly, and on top of the timeline to get the deal done in an efficient manner!

Second, any Lender I chose is an extension and reflection of myself. That motivates me to put in the work so not just anyone will be on the list I suggest to you as my client.

if there is a case where you want to use a different lender I will ultimately I will honor your wishes.

However, lenders play a big role in the success of a deal. I will do my best to communicate clearly and talk to this lender but at a certain point all I can do is pray that they take care good care of you!
