It was an honor to present “The Appraisal Info for Realtors” to the amazing agents at Pure Realty this month!
Thank you to everyone who attended, asked great questions, and made it such an engaging class. We covered topics including UAD 3.6 updates, ANSI measuring standards, FHA/VA/Conventional appraisal differences, common MLS mistakes, and ways agents can help support value while staying within appraisal guidelines.
I truly enjoy helping Realtors better understand the appraisal process so we can all work together to create smoother transactions for our clients.
