Even when I'm out on hikes, I still snap photos of properties & their condition issues 😂 It's just IN me at this point ~ 20 years of real estate will do that to a person! And it makes my friends roll their eyes & laugh. I can't seem to miss broken window seals, missing fascia, roof problems, grading issues & retaining wall deficiencies while out on walks🚶‍♀️
