Just had my seller drop off my sign and lock box. I gave him back his key. He decided to take his home off the market to do a few remodels then use me again next year. I obviously handled it with maturity and grace and not like he broke up with me 💅🏻

Thursday thoughts -
One of the MANY reasons I love Cedar Rapids and our surrounding communities is because there is no lack for local restaurants and coffee shops! I’m pretty sure I’ve been to all but if I haven’t, that sure is a goal for me!
It’s a running joke for a few of my friends to text me and ask where they should go for pizza, burgers, salads, whatever..because I will always have a recommendation!
Erik Allen and I wanted wings for lunch today, so we knew to go to Sacred Cow. In my opinion, this is one of the best wing stops in town. The rest of the menu is pretty delicious too 🙂
Let me know your go to places! I need to know what other places to try out.

Thursday thoughts! I tell buyers all the time, that looking for homes online is just like being on match.com! What you see online usually isn’t what you get in real life 😂
That’s why if you think you might like something, be sure to call your realtor (hopefully me) to see it in real life! Never think you’re bothering your realtor if there’s a property you want to see. I’m a full time working realtor and always happy to show you a home you might like, and it’s always good to cross homes off your list! We really are like full time match makers ♥️
