Introducing Kansas City's newest home owners!! I met Earl and Christina at our first showing and talked about their needs and goals for buying a home. I knew pretty quickly that they were going to be great to work with! We saw a lot of homes, some great and some silly ones as well, but had a pretty good time on our search. In the end we got an amazing house under contract that fit all their needs and got it closed today!! I'm so happy for them to begin their new era of life in their new home.

This one was my favorite client and closing yet! Harper has been a close friend of mine for some time now, and we began the home buying journey last summer looking at a house we both had a big crush on in my neighborhood. We saw a lot of interesting houses on this journey, and some just for fun because the online listings made us so curious to see them in person! I am so happy we found the one for her and cannot wait to hang out on her new back patio this summer, but I must admit I will miss touring homes with her haha. This one also may be the most rewarding closing yet because it was so personal and I know so many people in my personal community and friend group will get to enjoy spending time in this home in the years to come. Home ownership truly is something special!! Congratulations!

We are CLOSED!! This was a special one as I got to reconnect with some old friends and help them sell their house so they could move to a far away land for a big life changing adventure. This house had been a project for them for several years, and they really gave it the love and magic glow up that it needed and deserved. We had a bit of a tight timeline, but we got it all wrapped up just two days before they skipped town and country ! So happy and proud of my sellers! I will miss hanging out with them.
