He serves as Managing Member for Farm and Forest Brokers, and is the Responsible Broker in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. Jonathan began his career as a land broker in 2008, and through his career has helped thousands of people with their land needs. He considers it a great privilege to help lead a team of top-producing land professionals as they strive to create exceptional land buying and selling experiences for our clients. Jonathan loves helping people buy and sell rural land. He credits this deep love of rural real estate to two things: the good people he meets who are buying or selling land and the quality team of agents that he works with. He believes it is truly a gift from God to wake up every day and do what you love with a team of people you really like. Jonathan has been one of the top-producing land brokers in the Southeast for more than a decade. He is an active member of the Realtors Land Institute, and earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation in 2014. Jonathan was recognized as the Alabama Land Realtor of the Year in 2018, and for the volume of land he has sold, he has been named a national APEX award winner every year since its inception. Jonathan is the host of The Land Show, a weekly radio show and podcast, that airs across Alabama. He specializes in marketing rural properties – telling the stories of special places to help find the right new owner who will steward and improve the properties they purchase. Jonathan is a graduate of the University of West Alabama studying environmental science and chemistry. He and his family live near Marion in Perry County, Alabama, where they enjoy living the simple country life a small town affords. Jonathan is married to Whitney, and has three children, John David, Laura Beth, and Ulman. Their family attends Marion Presbyterian Church (PCA) and Grace Fellowship Church in Clanton.
