🚨 Another FHA 203K success story!

Today my client closed on this Chicago 2-unit building, and now the fun begins. 🏚️➡️🏡

Most buyers scroll past properties that need work. My client saw opportunity.

Using an FHA 203K renovation loan, he was able to purchase the property and finance the repairs into the mortgage—creating the opportunity to build equity through renovation instead of paying top dollar for someone else’s finished product.

This is just the beginning. Stay tuned as we take this property from fixer-upper to income-producing asset. 🔨
