Today we celebrated our 3 staff members (Sandy, Mel and Charlie) by having an “UN-Birthday Party” for them in the great room. Coffee, lemonade and cookies were served.

It’s our way of thanking them, and showing our appreciation for all they do!

What a beautiful day for Father Hennepin days in Champlin, at the Mississippi Crossing amphitheater. We visited the 250 year mobile museum Freedom Truck that had interactive displays about American history. Nice evening for the fireworks as well.

Many of our residents went on a fun “field trip” tour to Autumnwood Farm, in Forest Lake.

They milk over 100 cows in about 2 hours at 16 stations. They’re unusual because they do their own low temp pasteurization, instead of having the raw milk picked up. They bottle in glass and the milk products are available in many of our local stores.
