Looking for new construction in Queen Creek or Gilbert this year? Walk inside the Emberly community by Tri Pointe Homes with me. Save this one if you're house hunting in the East Valley.

Why I'm paying attention to Emberly:

It's all single story. Every floor plan here is a one level home. That's rare in this size range and it solves a real problem for buyers tired of staircases, for multi gen households, and for empty nesters who want to stay put for the long haul.

The homes are big. 4 to 5 bedrooms, 4 to 6 car garages, and roughly 4,500 to 5,100 square feet across the 3 floor plans (Aurora, Calida, Lustre). Serious space without going vertical.

The amenities actually exist. Nearly half the community is open space. Pool. Parks. Trails. Basketball court. Playground. Ramada. Co****le. The kind of community that pulls families outside.

Gated. Plus Tri Pointe's LivingSmart energy package and design touches from the Bobby Berk collaboration with the builder. The finish level shows.

If you're shopping new construction in Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, San Tan Valley, or anywhere in the East Valley AND you want a buyer's agent in your corner who will negotiate incentives, walk the punch list, and tell you which upgrades are worth it and which are not, that's exactly what I do.

You can walk into any builder’s sales office on your own, but that doesn’t mean you should. The builder’s agent represents the builder, and their job is to protect the builder’s interests, pricing, and contracts. Having me represent you costs you nothing, but it gives you someone in your corner from day one to help you ask the right questions, understand the fine print, and advocate for your best interests throughout the process.

DM me BUILD or EMBERLY and I'll set up a tour and start the buyer rep conversation.

Looking for things to do in the East Valley this weekend? Here's your Queen Creek, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and San Tan Valley weekend plan for May 15 to 17, 2026.
Be sure to save this one!

Every Tuesday I round up what's actually worth getting off the couch for across the East Valley, so you don't have to dig through 12 different websites trying to figure out what's happening this weekend in Arizona.

This week's picks:

Movies in the Park, Zootopia 2. Gilbert Civic Center Lawn. Friday May 15. Bring a blanket and the kids.

Monster Truck Wars. Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Center, Queen Creek. Friday May 15 at 5pm and Saturday May 16 at noon. The family weekend lock in.

San Tan Valley Feastival. Saturday May 16 at 5:30pm. Food, music, community vibes. Good way to spend a Saturday evening.

Spring Arizona Restaurant Week. Kicks off Saturday May 16 and runs through May 25. Three course meals at $33, $44, or $55 per person at participating restaurants across Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and Mesa. The easiest weekend
date night reservation list of the year.

Bonus pick if you're up early Saturday: Gilbert Farmers Market at the East Valley Community College. The reliable East Valley anchor every Saturday morning.

If you live in Queen Creek, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, or San Tan Valley and want the East Valley weekend round up every week, save this post, tag a friend who needs weekend plans, and follow along.

One thing I’m watching happen with luxury buyers in Queen Creek right now?

People are getting comfortable waiting because inventory has opened up.

Yes, there are more options than we’ve seen in a while. And yes, the pressure feels different than it did a few years ago. But the homes that are priced well, show well, and truly stand out are still moving quickly across Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and the East Valley luxury market.

Not because of pressure tactics.
Not because of hype.

Because serious buyers recognize value when they see it.

This market is less about rushing and more about being prepared. The buyers winning right now already understand the market, know what they are looking for, and are ready to act when the right home hits.

The edge right now goes to buyers who are paying attention early and moving decisively.

Let’s make sure you’re ready.

Every time I tour luxury homes in Queen Creek with buyers, the reaction is almost the same.

People are surprised by how much lifestyle shows up here for the price point.

The lot sizes.
The outdoor living.
The mountain views.
The mix of custom homes, horse property, and newer luxury communities.

And honestly? Buyers are paying attention right now. The homes that are updated, well presented, and priced correctly are still moving quickly because people know value when they see it.

Queen Creek continues to stand out for buyers who want more space, newer homes, and a different pace than some of the other luxury pockets around the Valley.

If you live in the East Valley you already know about this place and if you don’t, you’ve probably heard someone rave about it.

Queen Creek Olive Mill is the only working olive mill in Arizona, set right in the middle of olive trees, with a café that is more than just a stop for food, it’s a whole experience. Their brunch is the kind you plan your weekend around, it’s that good.

The Olive Mill is one of my favorite places to recommend to people. Out-of-town guests, new clients, friends who just moved here and are trying to figure out what life in this part of the valley actually feels like.

You can walk the grove, taste different olive oil, grab a coffee, grab a gift, and even catch live music on the weekend. It is one of those spots you can stop in quickly or linger for a while.

Real estate in the East Valley is not only about homes and square footage. It is also about places like this and the lifestyle that comes with it.

If you have not been, take the family for a weekend brunch or go enjoy a relaxed date night. You can even bring your dog. Whatever you do, plan on staying a little longer than you might expect.

At $1.4M in Queen Creek, buyers aren't just asking for a bigger house. They're asking for usable land.

Half acre plus lots with room for a detached RV garage, a casita, a sport court, or just real outdoor space to actually live in. Not just more square footage.

This one fits the bill:

5 bd | 4 ba | 3,525 sq ft
Queen Creek, AZ
$1,400,000

Someone thought I should be on TV… and I was crazy enough to say yes!

You read that right.

I’ve accepted an opportunity as a TV host with The American Dream TV 🎥

A little scary? Sure. Exciting? Definitely.

So, what does this mean? I get to share the lifestyle, real estate, and the people doing great things in the Phoenix Valley. Think local businesses, community stories, and homes that have something special to offer.

This show is Telly Award-winning and Emmy-nominated, but what I love most is that it is not scripted. It is real stories with real people, and if you know me, you know I like real.

My first segment drops April 25th. I can’t wait for you to see it! You’ll be able to tune in on Roku, Amazon Fire, and Apple TV.

And here’s where I need your help. I’m looking for business owners, innovators, community leaders, events, or anyone doing meaningful work who would be a great fit for this show. If someone comes to mind, I’d love an introduction. And if you know a homeowner with a unique property or lifestyle worth sharing, send them my way.

And yes, I'm still here, fully in real estate and fully committed to my clients!

One of my top recommendations when someone asks about Gilbert neighborhoods?

Agritopia

This community is unlike anything else in the East Valley. Tree-lined streets, a working farm right in the neighborhood, walkable restaurants sourcing directly from that farm, and neighbors who actually know each other.

Everything about it feels thoughtful and intentional because it is.

And there’s a home available now that I think you’re going to love. Six bedrooms, a private casita, brand new heated pool and spa, and finishes that fit the character of the neighborhood beautifully.

Comment AGRITOPIA below if you want the details on this home.

Buying a vacation home isn’t just about the house - it’s about lifestyle, family, and the experiences they imagine living there.

These buyers purchased entirely from their home state, relying on clear communication and strategy to navigate the search, negotiations, and closing process remotely. A gated neighborhood with amenities was a must-have, so they could have instant community and share it with their grown children and grandchildren.

With a cash offer, we leveraged market conditions and handled negotiations at every opportunity to maximize value.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free, giving them a second home ready for years of family enjoyment.

Remote purchases don’t have to be complicated - this one proves it can be seamless. 🏡
