2025 Real Estate Recap 🏡

As I reflect on 2025, I’m truly grateful above all, to God! for the trust my clients placed in me and for every door that opened at the right time.

A few highlights from the year:

• 80% of my buyers secured their homes below market value and below asking price
• One transaction alone saved a client over $100,000
• Negotiated two off-market deals before they ever hit the MLS through strong realtor relationships
• Did not lose a single competitive offer in 2025! every offer submitted against other buyers and agents was successfully won

Beyond the numbers, my approach has always been simple:

• I’m always available for my clients
• I’m backed by the largest brokerage in the area, which helps create leverage and trust in negotiations
• I never push anyone to buy. I believe what’s meant for you will not pass you, and I care more about people than closing a deal

I truly believe God orders the right home at the right time. My role is to guide, protect, and serve my clients with honesty, patience, and integrity.

شوية أرقام من 2025:

• 80٪ من العملاء اشتروا بيوت أقل من سعر السوق وأقل من سعر الطلب
• صفقة واحدة وفّرت على العميل أكتر من 100 ألف دولار
• قدرت أخلص صفقتين Off-Market قبل ما ينزلوا السوق عن طريق شبكة علاقاتي مع السماسرة
• ماخسرتش ولا عرض واحد في منافسة طول السنة — كل العروض اللي دخلنا فيها كسبناها

بس الأهم من الأرقام هو أسلوبي في الشغل:

• أنا دايمًا متاح لعملائي
• شغلي مع أكبر شركة وساطة عقارية في المنطقة بيساعدني قوي في التفاوض مع باقي السماسرة
• عمري ما أضغط على حد يشتري — باخد وقتي، وصبور، وبهمّني مصلحة العميل أكتر من إني أقفل صفقة

اسأل أي عميل اشتغل معايا… كلهم هيشهدوا إني بحط الإنسان قبل الصفقة.

شكرًا لكل عميل، وسيط، وشريك كان جزء من سنة 2025. متحمس جدًا للي جاي في 2026.
