Avoid last-minute surprises with this quick fall repair & maintenance checklist. Copy and paste this so you can get your prepped for the market the right way!

Exterior
[ ] Clear gutters & downspouts to prevent overflow and water damage
[ ] Check roof for missing, loose, or cracked shingles (especially after summer storms)
[ ] Seal gaps around windows, doors, and trim to prevent drafts and water intrusion
[ ] Inspect siding, trim, and stucco for cracks, wood rot, or peeling paint
[ ] Ensure exterior vents are intact and free of debris
[ ] Trim back trees and shrubs away from siding and roofline

Crawlspace & Foundation
