Monica has spent six years and counting with the Chris Facello Group under Carolina One Real Estate. Where she first began learning the trade as an assistant then as a Listing and Closing Coordinator, Monica now holds the roles of Marketing Director and Agent. and and CofC alum and has lived across the Greater Charleston area, including Goose Creek, Downtown, Mount Pleasant, and her current home in West Ashley. As a result, her knowledge of local school systems and businesses, traffic and weather patterns, and other relevant area-specific information is extensive and a huge asset for her buyer clients. Additionally, Monica's years of background in marketing give her a unique familiarity with advertisement, outreach, and communication that she utilizes to get her client's homes sold for the best price and in a timely manner. Outside of real estate, Monica loves to pursue all manner of creative exploration. She is a teacher at the Dance Conservatory of Charleston and entertains interests in sewing, crafting, and traveling. As of March 2021, her creativity has been consumed by a new adventure- mothering her sweet baby boy Jace. In the future, she is excited to pass on to him the filipino heritage she is proud of, but for now you can find her and her husband Edward acquainting Jace with this beautiful city as they take a walk through Charles Towne Landing or eat out at one of their favorite local restaurants such as Basil, Dog and Duck, or Kickin' Chicken.
