I'm over the moon excited for ~A and her new home!
We started chatting back in January, looking at places here and there and then bam💥 she found one she loved on Johns Island...put in an offer...and 15 days later we received the Clear to Close!
Of course, everyone jumped for joy and made closing happen much earlier than expected (per the request of ~A)!

Congratulations! I know you have BIG plans for your new home!
