A few things I’d happily do over and over for my South Carolina clients. 👀

Where to live in Charleston honestly depends on which era you’re in. 👉

Some neighborhoods are perfect for slowing way down, some are made for being in the middle of everything, and the right one for you is going to feel obvious the second you see it.

Whichever era you’re in, Charleston has a neighborhood for it.

5 Charleston takes that locals are too polite to say out loud. 👇

1) You’re either a Sullivan’s Island person or a Folly Beach person… and yes, it says a lot.

2) “I’ll just pop over the Ravenel Bridge real quick” is a lie we all tell ourselves.

3) King Street on a weekend is fun… as long as you’re not trying to find parking (or stay on a schedule).

4) It’s not “cold” here—it’s just that 55° + wind off the water feels personal.

5) Everyone says they want a historic downtown home… until they meet the joys of tight streets, flood zones, and old-house quirks.
