Patrick Tesner is a native of South Carolina, growing up in Spartanburg. He obtained his real estate license in 2014, becoming a broker in 2018. Patrick sold real estate in the upstate for more than 4 years before making Charleston his home. In addition to sales, he is also a real estate instructor and enjoys teaching licensing courses as well as continuing education. Patrick has always been involved with the local and state REALTOR® Associations and is a fervent supporter of the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC), currently serving on the Legislative Committee with the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®

Outside of real estate, Patrick’s interests revolve around music and history, especially South
Carolina history. When Patrick isn’t working, you can find him exploring the city or soaking up the sun at one of our local beaches. Patrick is an amateur guitarist, pianist and also enjoys singing. Church and community involvement are also very important to him! Ask Patrick about his pets; he’s always eager to show you photos.
