The family you see in this video:
-was 10 days away from being homeless
-was 10 days away from losing 154k in home equity
-was possibly 10 days away from generation changing poverty

Then, God intervened through a company we call Beyond Homes LLC

Today:
-They live in the home they almost lost
-They kept every penny of their equity
-They are paying an affordable housing cost every month
-Their home is worth more than when we first met due to some needed renovations.

Next:
-we are bringing this entire family plus a few others into a financial education program to make sure that they can SUSTAIN AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOREVER!

We did all of what you’ve seen me write out of our pockets but as we continue WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Affordable Housing has somehow become one of the biggest problems our community faces! Will you help us get it under control?

When I used to hear terms like “ ” and “homelessness”, I would think of people in poverty or people who were unemployed…maybe even someone suffering from tragedy. But the truth is, affordable housing is likely right next door to or across the street from all of us.

With about half of us living in housing that is not “affordable” (in respect to housing cost vs gross income), it is very important that we support those who have the most need. I pray that you will give this topic just a few moments of your time today and what you can.
