Happy closing day! This one meant a LOT. Matt and I met at our favorite coffee shop - after seeing each other every morning for a few weeks we finally struck up a conversation, come to find out we had a mutual friend, and within no time he and his wife asked me to be their realtor. A complete stranger! Fast forward, we found their first home right down the road from the coffee shop, at list, appraised over, and a seller credit. Needless to say, Matt & Kylene are excited! This is exactly why I do what I do, and it brings a smile to my face to see my clients/friends happy!

May was 🔥 All appraised over contract, seller credits, and all the goods! thank you to those who trusted me for their RE needs, referred me their family members (huge shoutout to !), and my relocation clients that trusted me enough to purchase without ever meeting me or seeing the home in person! All three sales were buyers relocating to NC, says a lot for our great state 😎

Under Contract in Steeplechase! The moment we got out of the car my clients knew this was a great home, and the expansive yard and spacious layout proved just that. Personally, it gave me all the 1980’s Christmas movies vibes, and I think that sealed the deal 😉🎄
