Apparently my real estate business needed a new employee... Meet SPUD! My newest little sidekick and unlicensed home inspector. 😜

So far his inspections consist of checking every corner, testing the durability of anything left on the floor, and making sure your backyard has adequate room for zoomies..

And before anyone asks… Sugar has NOT been replaced. 😂 She’s still senior management around here. Spud is just the new intern who hasn’t learned his place yet.

His inspection reports are questionable, but his customer service is excellent. 🤎

I’ve learned that a career can look completely different than you pictured and still end up being EXACTLY where you’re supposed to be.

Real estate has challenged me, stretched me, introduced me to some incredible people, and given me the opportunity to build a career that genuinely feels like *mine.*

This one feels extra special. 🤍

After several months of searching, touring, talking through the pros and cons, and waiting for the right one to come along, these sweet buyers of mine are officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡
..& I think this one was worth the wait! An adorable home sitting on 3 beautiful acres with plenty of room to make it their own.

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to know my buyers throughout the search. By the time we finally find the one, I’m usually just as excited as they are. I couldn’t be happier for this family and can’t WAIT to see them make this place home.

Now, on to inspections and one step closer to the closing table! 🥂
