🔥🐔 Dave's Hot Chicken is bringing the heat to growing Steele Creek!

The Rigsby Road location has been open for about four months now, but with so many new residents, restaurants, hotels, and businesses moving into Steele Creek, we wanted to make sure everyone knows it’s here.

We stopped by the other day to pick up an order, and the place was absolutely slammed to the chicken bone. For a restaurant several months into business, that’s a pretty good sign that setting up shop in Steele Creek was a smart move.

Dave's is known for its Nashville-style hot chicken with heat levels ranging from No Spice to Reaper, but chicken isn’t the only option. The menu also includes Dave’s NOT Chicken, made with cauliflower, plus sliders, tenders, loaded fries, Hot Mozz, mac and cheese, shakes, slushers, and plenty more.

🍻 Small Bar Morehead is now two months into its run in Charlotte, and there’s a lot more happening here than you might realize.

We stopped by the new Morehead location to check it out, and the atmosphere was exactly what you want from a neighborhood hangout. It was relaxed and local, but still lively, friendly, and full of energy.

Small Bar Morehead now has a full food menu, DoorDash delivery, weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday, pool, darts, plenty of TVs, game-day events, co****le tournaments, karaoke, live music, and more.

🍽️ EVO Kitchen & Co Charlotte is NOW OPEN in Steele Creek!

This restaurant officially celebrated its grand opening on August 1 at 5220 New Fashion Way, Suite 400, just minutes from Charlotte Premium Outlets.

EVO offers Southern comfort food with globally inspired flavors to one of Charlotte’s fastest-growing areas. The menu includes favorites such as Bayou Braised Oxtail Pasta, the EVO Classic Burger, Peach Bourbon Glazed Wings, lamb chops, crab cakes, and vegetarian options.

🏨 Hilton Garden Inn Steele Creek Charlotte is officially NOW OPEN!

The newly built hotel now welcomes guests at 4936 Trojan Drive in Steele Creek, just 0.3 miles from Charlotte Premium Outlets and about 8 miles south of Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

The six-story property includes 124 guest rooms, on-site dining, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, meeting and event space, free WiFi, complimentary self-parking, and EV charging.

With so much new development happening across Steele Creek, this is another major addition to one of Charlotte’s fastest-growing areas.

🎉🌮 The Mexilove Tacos & Tequila Big September 16 Grand Opening was a Huge Success, and Charlotte Vibes was there for it. 🌮🎉

We stopped by to celebrate, checked out the new space, tried a variety of dishes and drinks, and had a great experience from start to finish. From the vibrant atmosphere and friendly service to the generous portions and standout presentation, MexiLove made a strong first impression, and we're not alone!

Located at 8136 S Tryon St in Charlotte, MexiLove also offers brunch, outdoor seating, and a drive-thru for pickup and to-go orders. Now it's your turn to try!

Check out DaBaby's No Knife Chicken &Waffles

🧇🍗 DaBaby’s No Knife Chicken & Waffles is officially open in Charlotte — and the opening-week crowds have been serious.

The new North End restaurant at 700 Atando Ave. opened on September 6, bringing DaBaby’s “No Knife” concept to life with chicken and waffles, Southern comfort food, seafood, specialty waffles, late-night hours, and a menu that is already getting plenty of attention around the city.

We stopped by MexiLove Tacos & Tequila at 8136 S Tryon St to check out the new restaurant, meet the team, and take a few photos. The doors are open now, but the official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Celebration is coming up on September 16th! 🎉

We checked out Lottie's Cafe CLT inside Queen City Quarter, a locally owned café serving everything from espresso drinks and its signature Airplane Latte to breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, bagels, and lunch options.

The space is bright, modern, and right in the middle of Uptown, making it an easy stop whether you’re grabbing coffee, meeting someone, or looking for a place to sit down and eat.
