And that’s a wrap! After a long and very difficult week I said goodbye to my first home and my first flip. I became a Realtor & Appraiser in this house, listed it myself, and it sold within 2 weeks! This house was such an awesome little commercial/residential property that had so much potential. It all seemed to work out too perfectly and I was waiting for something to go wrong, but we got it closed! I’m extremely grateful and I thank God for what this house gave me in 2 years.
