Congrats to the coolest, most laid-back client ever. Michael reached out to me last April to start his home search. After putting in several offers and dealing with a low inventory market he decided to enter into a lottery for a new construction home. Michael went under contract in June with an estimated closing date of December 2021…as you can see, that did not happen.😩 After a few delays with the builder Michael didn’t think he would ever close, but he continued to stay positive and patient. Well…today was the day, the day that he finally closed on his beautiful home!! 🙌🏾This was a long journey but it was well worth the wait. He absolutely loves his home and does not regret the process at all.
