Another development in my case! Despite spending thousands of dollars on mediation and depositions the HOA refuses to settle on my case. Now, out of the blue and after almost 5 years of working on their case, the HOA attorney has filed a motion to withdraw as counsel due to ethical concerns!!!! Really, only 6 weeks before trial. HOA abuse of power needs to stop! I’m already at around $30,000k in attorney fees and looking at another $25,000 or more when I did nothing wrong. All because of bullies with a vendetta! And legislation thinks this is ok!

Well, after 4 1/2 years of hell we finally have a trial date in Superior Court! Was set for Jan. 2025, but found out today it’s getting moved up to this November! I need positive thoughts and prayers! I have been living in this nightmare way too long and it is
sucking the life out of me. Despite winning in court twice the HOA has kept this going apparently to “bleed me dry and get rid of me”. Well I’m still bleeding! This is the biggest fight I’ve ever had, but I’m standing up for what’s right and hope other homeowners don’t ever have to go through this!
