Congratulations! To my buyers! UNDER CONTRACT!! Boy, this one has been a true dream come true for these buyers. 2 years, 2 failed land deals before I met them and one since I met them due to the seller backing out last minute. Then made an offer on this house but didn't get accepted because of multiple offers. The agent called yesterday and said the cash offer fell through and would my buyers still be interested. She has been an agent for 17 years and said that she and the sellers respected my professionalism, kindness, and follow-up questions along with my sincere desire in seeing my clients happy. I was humbled by the compliments from someone that has been in the business a lot longer than me. Now on to the closing table.
