📢 COMMERCIAL PROPERTY WANTED — CONCORD AREA

We Hug Em & Tuck Em Inn is looking for a new commercial property in or around the Concord, NC area.

What we’re looking for:

- Approximately 3,000 sq. ft.
- Air conditioning is a must
- Commercial space suitable for our operations
- If located within Concord city limits: the property must be at least 150 feet from residential property lines
- Open to standalone buildings, warehouse/flex spaces, or other suitable commercial properties

Our goal is to be moved into our new location by February 2027, but we are absolutely open to moving sooner if the right property becomes available.

‼️ Exciting news! And a request for YOU 🫶🏻

I’m officially in Realtor mode FULL TIME again! And man, it sure does feel good to be back doing what I enjoy the most! 🙌🏻

I have been incredibly blessed my entire career to built my business by working with friends, family, and referrals. I’ve never had to pay for lead, which is the biggest compliment ever! 🥹

Here’s where I need your help! 👇🏻

I dropped my iPhone into the deep end of our pool earlier this week, and unfortunately, I cannot get signed into the email account my contacts were saved to. It’s an email I had in 2014 at ECU 😬😳 I’ve done everything I know to do to try get into the account and I’ve had zero luck so far…

This means I’ve lost all of my real estate contacts… Including clients, agents, and vendors! 🥺

It would mean the world to me if you could text me your name so I could save you to my phone again. I feel so lost without my contacts, especially in a business that relies heavily on building relationships and making connections.
