Spring is in full swing, and the market around South Charlotte, Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin, and Matthews is staying active.

Here’s a quick snapshot of what we’re seeing right now:
• Median Home Price: Around $435,000 across the greater Charlotte area, with many homes in Weddington, Marvin, and parts of Waxhaw trending higher due to larger lots and sought-after neighborhoods.

• Days on Market: Homes are still moving quickly — averaging about 27 days on market. Well-priced homes in South Charlotte and nearby suburbs often go even faster.

• Buyer Demand: Demand remains strong in Matthews, Waxhaw, and South Charlotte, especially for move-in-ready homes and properties with outdoor living space.

• North Carolina Trend: The statewide median home price has increased 8% year-over-year, showing buyers are still active and the market remains competitive.

Hey friends! ✨

I realized it’s been a while since I’ve properly introduced myself here, so if you’re new (or if we haven’t met yet), I thought it was the perfect time for a little hello. 👋🏼

I’m Beth — a Charlotte-area Realtor®, former teacher, coffee lover, sports fan, and proud mom of twin boys (both UNC grads… go Heels!). 🩵

Before real estate, I spent years in education, which is probably why I naturally approach this business by walking people through things step-by-step. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I truly believe you should feel informed, confident, and supported through every part of the process.

Charlotte has completely captured my heart, and I absolutely love helping people find their place here — whether that’s their very first home, their next chapter, or the perfect place to settle in. Some of my favorite days are spent out at showings, exploring neighborhoods, talking through possibilities with clients, and occasionally stopping for coffee along the way.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my family, watching a game, enjoying a good patio, or hanging out with our dog, Brew.
