Credit & Criminal Background Application (After Walkthrough)
If you like what you see after the walkthrough, you will be asked to fill out a rental application online and each adult will need to pay the $39 application fee. We will then verify the information in your application.

The owners are looking for tenants with verifiable income of $2700/month or more with some handyman skills. Credit score isn't important (utility/rental debt is important).

ALL pets are approved with pet fee and pet rent.

If you are handy or a licensed contractor, we could use your help. Fill out our "Contractor/Handyman Sign-up" form on our website. Every tenant with skills has the opportunity to make the communities we serve a better place and receive rent credit in exchange.

You will not be charged an application fee until you decide that you want to move in after viewing the unit. We also don't ask for personal information until you fill out the official application that goes to the screening company. We never receive your social security number for your security.
