To my buyers and future buyers:
Most of you are aware that I am a Realtor!
However, what you may not know is that I am a member of several professional organizations to include the National Association of Realtors®️, commonly referred to as NAR.
As a member of NAR, I hold the designation of REALTOR®️ and agree to abide by the policies, procedures and a set of code of ethics set forth by the organization.
Effective August 17, 2024, a Realtor®️may no longer show properties without a written agreement to any individual. I have previously operated under this practice electing to use a Buyers Agency Agreement with definitive terms to solidify my relationship with clients, making clear my duties and responsibilities, the client’s duties and responsibilities, effective dates and transparent expectations of my compensation for the valuable services for which I provide.
Please note that this is now a requirement mandated by my affiliation with NAR and a non-negotiable. Showing properties without a written and signed agreement is no longer permissible.
This change in requirement does not change the commitment to excellence in which I and my colleagues serve buyers, sellers, investors, customers, the community and the industry.
