Market Update!

What does all of this data mean?

Overall, we’re seeing a slow down in the Charlotte market as anticipated. The real estate market has peaked and is starting to balance out after the craziness of the pandemic combined with rising interest rates.

While inventory remains low, buyers have been able to negotiate more than they have in years. My buyers are having success with getting credits from sellers in order to permanently buy their rates down or to use towards closing costs.
