The importance of getting a pre-drywall/new construction inspection. These joist hangers are missing the nails that connect the floor joist to the hangers. This is a second floor balcony that is cantilever dead center. The second floor is the main living area of this townhome. Can you imagine when the owners are having a party and several people step out to the balcony for fresh air?
