Here’s how I help keep my kitchen pipes happy:

✅ Food scraps go in the trash, not the drain.
✅ I use a sink strainer to catch the little troublemakers.
✅ Grease gets wiped up before washing dishes.
✅ A quick flush of hot water helps keep things flowing.
✅ A little dish soap down the drain once in a while for extra freshness.

Thank you, Gov. Kemp, for signing House Bill 165 into law! This important legislation, sponsored by Rep. Lehman Franklin, revises and expands the state sales tax exemption on manufactured homes, which now helps reduce costs for buyers who convert these homes to real property and supporting greater housing affordability across Georgia.

We'd also like to extend a special thank you and spotlight to Rep. Beth Camp, who is a REALTOR® Champion for working tirelessly on this legislation for years and helping move it across the finish line in support of Georgia’s current and future property owners.
